The Great Wall of Seaforth

 .

It would appear that there is only one person who has really opposed the recent installation of the pedestrian fence through Seaforth Village – the individual that didn’t quite turn enough going around the round-about & plunged into it!

Although the fence was installed with minimum community consultation & strong opposition from those aware of the plan, it appears that the locals have been getting on with life without too much disruption after all.

It certainly hasn’t been keeping the buyers out of the local inspections, with the average attendance of our ”opens” approximately 25% above what was experienced at the end of 2009 – another indicator the market is continuing to go from strength to strength.

Below, we continue the review of our local suburbs Sales Activity over the past few years. Today we have analysed the sales for Balgowlah between 2007 & 2010 – it makes for interesting reading!
